Since both sides of our family celebrate Christmas at the same time, we have to rotate sides of the family to celebrate with. This year we spent Christmas morning with the Petersen side of the family. So instead of opening the gifts from the Silver side of the family gifts on Chirstmas, we waited until December 28th. I think we just like to get together and have parties. Especially when we are all in town.
White Elephant gifts are hard on the little ones. They don't really understand the trading thing that keeps happening.
